Mummy Hub was founded in 2016 by Gill Gallagher Lavery. She had a vision to create "A Positive, Inclusive Place for Parents". She is the "Mummy" in Mummy Hub & she welcomes all parents, of all genders, to feel included, accepted & supported in their parenting decisions.

To help parents to parent their way, Gill has undertaken many trainings & workshops, to allow her to be there for parents.

​

Gill completed her babywearing consultancy training with Slingababy in 2017, as well as taking the Slingababy Feeding & Carrying Advocacy workshop in 2021.

She is a DONA International Certified Birth Doula & Postpartum Doula and an Advanced VBAC Doula.

​

Gill is also an Active Birth Antenatal Instructor, a Closing the Bones practitioner & Women's Circle Facilitator.

​

Along with her work with Mummy Hub, Gill is also an active volunteer with both Babywearing Ireland, as Wexford local sling librarian, and with Friends of Breastfeeding, as a Breastfeeding Buddy.

Gill is passionate about car seat safety & has been trained as a car seat installer by the RSA & Axkid UK.
